The Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time

  1. 🔗 Sunday notes

    1. Weekday Mass in English is celebrated on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in the monastery chapel. This schedule will continue throughout the month of February until Ash Wednesday, which falls on March 5.
    2. Bishop Jerzy Maculewicz requests that, either before or after Mass, ten Hail Marys of the Rosary be prayed daily for the health of Pope Francis.
    3. We also kindly ask for prayers for the catechumens of our parish— those preparing to receive baptism in the Catholic Church. As we approach Lent, this will be a time of intense preparation and spiritual struggle before baptism, which is most commonly administered to adults during the Easter celebrations.
    4. We have an unofficial group on Telegram, Tashkent Church ENGLISH community, with general information about the activities of the English Congregation. To be added to the group, please send a request by Telegram to https://t.me/LPreeti.
    5. Anyone interested in leading the readings on Sunday may contact Rashmi DSouza at rashmi.dsouza2007@gmail.com.
